Historic 5,800 square foot lodge built in 1929 on 54 acres with over 2,800 feet of lakefront footage and two deep water docks on both sides of the point. There are multiple out buildings and a 40’ x 44’ boathouse with two slips.

This property is located on LaSalle Island off of Cedarville, MI about 20 miles east of the Mackinac Bridge in the Upper Peninsula. The lodge is on a point that faces south with spectacular views, birch trees, blue water and pine forests from every window and from both porches.

Whether you like to kayak, fish for perch, pike, salmon or lake trout or be one of sixty four Ensign owners racing or day sailing there are on-the-water activities for all ages and interests.

The Les Cheneaux Islands provide the best boating venue in the United States, hosting the annual Wooden Boat Show in August for all makes, models and lengths of classic wooden boats.
