Historic 5,800 square foot
lodge built in 1929 on 54 acres with over 2,800 feet
of lakefront footage and two deep water docks on
both sides of the point. There are multiple out
buildings and a 40’ x 44’ boathouse with two slips.
This property is located on
LaSalle Island off of Cedarville, MI about 20 miles
east of the Mackinac Bridge in the Upper Peninsula.
The lodge is on a point that faces south with
spectacular views, birch trees, blue water and pine
forests from every window and from both porches.
Whether you like
to kayak, fish for perch, pike, salmon or lake trout
or be one of sixty four Ensign owners racing or day
sailing there are on-the-water activities for all
ages and interests.
